Hindu Sena has claimed to build a Shiva temple at Ajmer Sharif Dargah. The Hindu Sena submitted a petition to the court, which has now been accepted. This opens the door for a survey regarding the petition. A book related to the petition was presented in court on Tuesday, proposing that the site of the Ajmer Sharif Dargah be designated as a Hindu temple.

In Uttar Pradesh, near the Jama Masjid in Sambhal, the path for a survey at the Dargah Sharif in Ajmer, Rajasthan has been cleared. The lower court has accepted a petition from the Hindu party, which claims that the Ajmer Sharif Dargah is a Hindu temple. This petition was filed by Vishu Gupta, the chief of the Hindu Army. Reports indicate that the Hindu party has also submitted evidence to support their claims. The petition requests permission to perform Pooja at the site, and it also seeks a survey to be conducted by the Education Department.

A special book was introduced in court

This was also discussed on Tuesday in the earlier case. The court has set the date for November 27. It has been asserted that there is a Shiv temple within the dargah. It is reported that during the last hearing, a special book was submitted as evidence, claiming that it was a Hindu temple.

Claim of Hindu side

There used to be a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva on the site of the dargah. Pooja and Jalabhishek were regularly conducted in that temple. A book written by Sharda in 1911 references the Ajmer Sharif resident in the petition, noting that the dargah was originally a temple. The case regarding the temple includes excerpts about the 75-foot tall door located within the dargah premises. Additionally, it discusses the reason for the womb house being situated in the basement.

A petition was submitted by the Hindu Army to the Chief Judge. However, Judge Paratem Singh declined to hear it, stating that it was outside his jurisdiction. This petition was filed in the main district court. Just as the dispute over the mosque in Sambhal, UP, was unresolved, a new conflict has emerged in Ajmer Sharif, Rajasthan. Similar to Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura, and Sambhal, the Ajmer Sharif Dargah is now at the center of contention.
