Rahul Gandhi has been charged under several sections of the Indian Constitution These charges include causing serious injury by seeking assistance, endangering the life or personal safety of others, using criminal force, criminal intimidation, and conspiracy.

Delhi: Following a complaint from the BJP, a police case has been registered against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The complaint alleges that he is responsible for the injuries sustained by two BJP MPs. Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput suffered head injuries during a protest against the Samantar by both the ruling party and the opposition outside Parliament. Both leaders, one of whom is 69 years old, are currently hospitalized.

Indian Minister and BJP member Anurag Thakur, along with MPs Bansuri Suraj and Hemant Joshi, filed the complaint today, which includes accusations of attempted murder among other charges.

Minister and BJP MP Anurag Thakur, along with MPs Bansuri Savraj and Hemang Joshi, submitted a complaint that includes accusations of murder or attempted murder.

Anurag Thakur told reporters, “Today we have filed a complaint of murder and insult against Rahul Gandhi, detailing the incident that occurred outside Parliament where NDA MPs were peacefully protesting, and Rahul Gandhi pushed them, resulting in injuries that led to two BJP MPs being hospitalized.”

Pratap Sarangi has claimed that Shiri Rajput was injured after being pushed by Rahul Gandhi.
